Over the course of my career, I've worked across the UK, Australia and the US, both within recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at CrossFit. It's a non-negotiable part of my week.
One principle I try to live by is simple - do the thing you least want to do first. It rarely gets easier by waiting.
I also love travelling and discovering somewhere new. Despite having lived in a few different places, Brisbane remains my favourite.
