Every hire matters. Every career move does too.
Specialist finance and accountancy recruitment across London, Surrey and Sussex.
Newton Searle is an independent recruitment consultancy founded and led by Nicky Newton. I specialise in finance and accountancy recruitment and personally handle every search.
Hiring a finance professional?
The right hire can strengthen a team, improve decision-making and give a business confidence. The wrong one can be costly in more ways than one.
Finding the right person starts with understanding what the role needs to achieve. From there, the approach should reflect the role, the market and the level of support required.
Considering your next move?
A career move is rarely just about finding another job.
It can mean greater responsibility, a different environment or simply finding an opportunity that feels like the right next step.
I work with finance and accountancy professionals from newly qualified level through to Finance Director. If there is an opportunity where I believe there is a genuine fit, I'll be in touch.
